Hong Kong produced one of the most explosive batting performances of the tournament to defeat Oman by a massive 154-run margin in the 9th Match of Group B at the Asian Games Qualifier in Singapore. After winning the toss and batting first, Hong Kong posted a mammoth 287/1 in 20 overs, powered by sensational centuries from Anshy Rath and a blistering knock from Nizakat Khan. Oman never recovered from the huge target and finished on 133/8, handing Hong Kong a comprehensive victory.
Hong Kong's innings was built around a breathtaking unbeaten 140 off just 56 balls from Anshy Rath. The star batter smashed 13 fours and 10 sixes, maintaining an incredible strike rate of 250.00.
