Socialiya is committed to protecting children and preventing exploitation, abuse and unsafe interactions.

2. Age Requirements

Users must meet minimum age requirements applicable to the Platform and each feature. Additional restrictions may apply by law.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Child sexual exploitation, grooming, sexualisation of minors, trafficking-related activity, exploitation and other unlawful abuse are prohibited.

4. Reporting

Report suspected child-safety violations through Platform tools or: support@socialiya.com

5. Action

Socialiya may remove or restrict violating content/accounts and take other measures required by law.

6. Authorities

Socialiya may cooperate with competent authorities where legally required.

7. Age Misrepresentation

Users must not misrepresent age to bypass restrictions.
