Account Suspension & Appeals Policy

1. Reasons for Restriction
Accounts may be restricted for Terms violations, illegal activity, fraud, spam, fake engagement, security threats, impersonation, repeated content violations, payment abuse, reward manipulation or lawful authority requirements.
2. Enforcement
Actions may include warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspension or permanent termination.
3. Immediate Action
Immediate action may be taken to protect users, Platform security, prevent fraud or comply with law.
4. Appeal
Where available, users may submit an appeal containing account identifier, reason, relevant facts and supporting evidence.
5. Review
Socialiya may review appeals based on available information and applicable policies.
6. Restoration
Submitting an appeal does not guarantee restoration.
7. Fraud and Payment Holds
Accounts under fraud or payment investigation may remain restricted during review.
8. Repeat Violations
Repeated violations may result in longer or permanent restrictions.
