Creator Content & Monetization Policy

1. Creator Eligibility
Creators must satisfy applicable age, verification, account, content and programme requirements.
2. Originality
Creators must own or have permission to use content submitted for monetization.
3. Eligible Content
Content must comply with Socialiya Terms, Community Guidelines, copyright rules and applicable law.
4. Views and Engagement
Only qualifying activity determined by Socialiya systems and programme rules may count toward monetization.
5. Artificial Engagement
Fake views, automated views, click farms, bots, purchased engagement, self-generated engagement and other manipulation are prohibited.
6. Sponsored Content
Creators must make legally required disclosures when content is sponsored, paid or commercially influenced.
7. Rewards
Rewards are governed by the Creator & Rewards Terms.
8. Payout Verification
Socialiya may require identity, tax and payment verification before payout. Where Socialiya charges taxable platform or monetization fees, Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18% applies and is shown on invoices.
9. Content Removal
Content may be removed or monetization disabled for policy, copyright, legal, safety or advertiser-quality reasons.
10. Fraud
Socialiya may reverse rewards associated with fraudulent or invalid activity.
11. Termination
Monetization may be suspended or terminated for programme or Platform violations.
