Users may request deletion through account settings or by contacting support@socialiya.com.
2. Verification
Socialiya may verify account ownership before processing a request.
3. Deletion
Subject to applicable law, Socialiya will delete or anonymize personal data that is no longer required for legitimate purposes.
4. Retention Exceptions
Some information may be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention, cybersecurity, disputes, accounting/tax records, enforcement or lawful authority requests.
5. User Content
Some content may remain for limited technical, legal or security reasons where permitted by law.
6. Backups
Deletion from backups may occur according to technical backup cycles.
