Match Commentary
Rajat Patidar | RCB captain: The score was not enough, I think we managed to stretch the match to 16th over, that's a positive. We gave a lot of wickets in the middle overs. Bhuvneshwar is an experienced bowler, the way he bowled, it was incredible. We are not looking at the table, our aim is to play good cricket.
23:03 Local Time, 17:33 GMT, 23:03 IST: RCB with a good effort to take 6 wickets and take this till the 16th over. But 155 on this pitch was never going to trouble GT and they won with overs to spare in the end. Gill earlier on was on a mission as he attacked Hazlewood and set the tone. 24 came off the 2nd over of the innings and it looked like Gill was in the mood to finish it off early. But Bhuvneshwar bowled superbly and got the breakthroughs. Three of them and he gave his side hope. Shepherd chipped in with two but the impact sub - Rahul Tewatia played a calm hand and ensured GT won. RCB would've hoped for a better showing with the bat but tonight was not theirs and they would look to correct that soon. GT now have won two in a row. Stay tuned for the post-match stuff....
Suyash Sharma to Rashid Khan, FOUR, Rashid Khan ends this. It's a flat length delivery outside off, he comes down the track and even though he is not to the pitch of the ball, he flat-bats that and it's one bounce over the ropes at deep extra-cover. A big hug and smile from Kohli to Rashid

RCB will lose this. They are waiting to check the ball-tracking on this. Tewatia's head is 1.75m and the ball is at 1.79m. Good call from Holdstock from square-leg

Suyash Sharma to Jason Holder, out Caught by Devdutt Padikkal at deep mid-wicket!! Jason Holder holes out in trying for the big hit. It's a tossed up googly on middle, Holder uses his long reach to get forward and heave, but doesn't have the elevation and picks out Padikkal to perfection. He didn't have to move an inch. Timeout! RCB have done so well to take 5 wickets but this should be seen off by GT. Unless they implode spectacularly. Kohli still having words in the huddle to Dinesh Karthik.

Romario Shepherd to Jason Holder, SIX, the battle between the Guyanese and the Barbadian and it's the latter who lands the first blow. It's a short delivery at the tall Jason Holder who shuffles across slightly and hooks, Hazlewood was there, but it sails over his head. That was well-hit
Jason Holder, right handed bat, comes to the crease
Romario Shepherd to Washington Sundar, out Lbw!! Even the normally "placid" Bhuvi roars once he sees the big screen. That's what this means to RCB. And Kohli is punching the air and roaring as usual. It's a length delivery and on off, Washington Sundar gets forward to drive and misses, hit on the back leg. No bat as UltraEdge shows and it's three reds. Romario Shepherd was almost pleading with KN Anantha Padmanabhan to give it who stayed calm. Kohli and Jitesh Sharma convinced Patidar to take the review and it has worked. That was plumb. Wondwer why the ump didn't give it. RCB know they have a good chance now even though GT have batting left still. Washington Sundar lbw b Romario Shepherd 12(12) [6s-1]
