Wallet & Payment Terms

1. Wallet Types
Socialiya may maintain advertising balances, promotional credits, reward balances and other programme-specific balances.
2. Wallet Purpose
Each wallet balance may be used only for the purpose stated by Socialiya.
3. Cash Vs Promotional Balance
Promotional credits and points are not cash unless expressly identified as withdrawable funds.
4. Withdrawals
Where withdrawals are supported, eligibility may require minimum balance, verification, tax information and compliance checks.
5. Payment Providers
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
6. Fraud Review
Transactions or withdrawals may be delayed or restricted where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse or legal compliance.
7. Taxes
Unless otherwise stated, Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18% is charged on taxable wallet recharges, advertising services, platform fees and other taxable supplies, and is shown on invoices. Applicable tax deductions or withholding (including TDS where required) may also apply. Users remain responsible for their own tax obligations.
8. Failed Payments
Failed payments may be reversed or returned according to the payment provider's process.
9. Unauthorized Activity
Users must promptly report unauthorized wallet or payment activity.
10. Account Closure
Wallet balances may be handled according to applicable programme rules and law when an account is closed.
