These may include court orders, warrants, statutory requests and other legally authorized demands.

3. Information

Disclosure depends on the legal authority, applicable law and information available.

4. Emergency Requests

Where legally permitted, Socialiya may respond to emergency requests involving imminent risks to life or serious physical harm.

5. User Notice

Where legally permitted, Socialiya may notify affected users. Notice may be withheld where prohibited or where it could compromise an investigation.

6. Preservation

Socialiya may preserve information where legally required or reasonably necessary for a lawful investigation.
