2. User Content

Users retain ownership of original content subject to the licence granted under the Terms.

3. Copyright

Users must not upload content they do not own or have permission to use.

4. Trademarks

Do not use another party's trademark to falsely suggest affiliation or endorsement.

5. Reporting

Rights-holders may report suspected infringement to support@socialiya.com.

6. Enforcement

Socialiya may remove or restrict infringing material and may take action against repeat infringement.

7. False Claims

Knowingly false intellectual-property complaints may result in account action.
