Contest & Campaign Terms

1. General
Individual contests, promotions and campaigns may have separate rules displayed with the campaign.
2. Eligibility
Eligibility may depend on age, location, account status and other disclosed requirements.
3. Participation
Participants must provide accurate information and follow campaign instructions.
4. Disqualification
Fraudulent, automated, manipulated or otherwise ineligible participation may be disqualified.
5. Prizes
Prize descriptions, eligibility, selection method and delivery conditions will be specified in the relevant campaign.
6. Taxes
Unless otherwise stated, Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18% applies to taxable fees or services charged by Socialiya in connection with contests or campaigns and is shown on invoices. Participants remain responsible for applicable taxes on prizes or winnings unless otherwise stated.
7. Moderation
Campaign content must comply with Socialiya policies.
8. Changes
Socialiya may modify or cancel a campaign where necessary, subject to applicable law and published rules.
