Nannapat Anchors Thailand's Innings

After being asked to bat, Thailand Women overcame an early setback when opener Natthakan Chantham was dismissed for just one run in the opening over.

Phannita Maya and wicketkeeper-batter Nannapat Koncharoenkai steadied the innings with an important partnership. Maya contributed a valuable 26 runs off 21 balls, striking two boundaries before being dismissed in the seventh over.

Koncharoenkai then took charge of the innings, displaying excellent composure and shot selection. She remained unbeaten on 62 runs from 51 deliveries, hitting six boundaries and guiding Thailand through the middle overs.

Despite Nepal's bowlers keeping things relatively tight, Thailand managed to post a competitive 130/4 in 20 overs.
